You'll start with what is known as modern wushu, the basic and intermediate forms from both main styles: North (Nanquan) and more the commonly practiced South (Changquan)
MODERN WUSHU
Wepons training involves all basic forms such as staff, broadsword, sword and spear. Always in a safe and controlled environment and under instructor supervision
WEAPONS
After mastering the basics of North and South styles, it's time to learn the routines that are used in competitions. Wether you want to compete or not, they are great fun to learn.
COMPETITION
No good Kung fu school is complete without traditional styles training such as te famous Tiger, Dragon, Eagle, Monkey, Snake, Drunken Style and many more.

MEET THE TEAM
CHIEF INSTRUCTOR, DIRECTOR
Born in Spain, loved sports and martial arts from a young age, especially the learning and teaching aspect of it. That's why since day one my focus and goal has been to learn to pass it on to others, so they can achieve their best. I just like to teach!
With over 10 years martial arts experience and 5 in personal training, I've had the chance to try lots of different types of workouts and styles, trained with a lot of incredible world class martial arts Masters and students. That has given me the ability to adapt and cater to any kind of individual so they get the very best out of their sessions. I pride myself in believing that anyone can practice wushu, regardless of their condition and fitness. Being taught by the very best, I have an approachable style to teaching, focusing on what works for each student not so much on what works for me. Even though Wushu today is mostly a non contact sport, it is my duty as instructor not to let the martial aspect of it die away and I always teach the "why" aspect of techniques, as well as their applications in combat. I look forward to training with you!
